What I answer

• Thoughts, corrections, or gentle disagreements about a piece on this site.
• Editorial or reprint requests — please give me two to three weeks.
• Freelance UX writing enquiries. I take on a limited number of new clients each year.
• Recommendations for hawker stalls, second-hand bookshops, and quiet reading spots in Singapore.

What I probably will not answer

• Sponsored content or affiliate proposals — I do not accept them.
• Guest post pitches or link-exchange requests.
• Cold marketing emails. Please do not add me to newsletters.
